Lucas to meet with parents

Parents of athletes in grades 7-12 will be meeting at 8 p.m. Thursday at Mustang Bowl with Sweetwater High School athletic director and head football coach Russell Lucas with the 2021-22 school year set to start in just a few weeks.

Coach Lucas will introduce all grade 7-12 coaches and he will also be addressing athletic expectations as well as discuss the athletic handbook. Also, in addition to all coaches being introduced they will have a variety of information at the meeting to share with parents. Rank One will also be covered pertaining to girls and boys athletics in grades 7-12.

Parents may also meet with the coaches to answer questions they have after the meeting with Lucas.

Coaches will be stationed at concession areas in Mustang Bowl. Also, tables will be set up at the Bowl for parents to discuss schedules or any other questions that they may have. Lucas also said the Mustang Moms will sell T-shirts.
