Commissioners’ Court to Meet in Regular Session, Monday

The Nolan Commissioner’s Court will meet on May 23, 2022 at 9 a.m.., in the County Courthouse Sweetwater, at which time the following subjects will be discussed,

1. Pledge allegiance to the United States flag.

2. Pledge allegiance to the Texas Flag.

3. Approve minutes from May 9th and 16th meetings.

4. Consider approval to remove/reinstate the Nolan County Burn Ban.

5. Go out for bids for diesel and gasoline.

6. Go out for bids for a New/ Used 4000-gallon water truck.

7. Go out for bids for New/ Used Dump Truck.

8. Consider approval of the Nolan County Health Department Audit.

9. Consider approval of

Nolan County Road Crossing Agreement with ONCOR regarding County Road 109.

10. Consider approval to purchase office supplies.

11. Open and receive bids for Fog Seal.

12. Receive reports from Department Heads.

13. Pay claims and line-item adjustments as requested by the County Auditor.
