Roscoe basketball shootouts will be in June with basketball camp set for July

Roscoe Collegiate High School and Roscoe Collegiate Middle School will be hosting basketball events during the next two months.

Basketball shootouts are planned at both schools in June. The high school shootout is June 3-4 for high school varsity boys and girls and JV girls with a fourgame guarantee. The registration fee will be $300 per team. A junior high shootout June 10-11 for boys and girls in grades 6-8 will have divisions for the boys and girls in all three grades and a four-game guarantee. The registration fee will also be $300 per team.

A basketball camp will also be held July 25-26 from 4-6 p.m. each day at the high school gym led by Roscoe’s basketball staff, The camp is for girls and boys entering grades 1-8 and there is no cost, plus a free camp T-shirt, for those who pre-register before July 10. It covers fundamental skills, games and basketball concepts with hot shot and free throw contests and more. Awards will be given each day of the camp.
