SNCHD is currently out of Covid vaccine

The SweetwaterNolan County Health Department (SNCHD) is currently out of Covid vaccine. If you have questions about Covid or Covid vaccines, please call us at 325-235-5463. The Sweetwater Nolan County Health Department has flu vaccine available! We take Medicare part B for those 65 and older and we also take CHIP and Medicaid for children. We do not take private insurance. Flu vaccine is $25 cash or check for adults (with or without insurance) and $10 for children (with or without insurance).
